Greater Greenville Mental Health Center

Clinics in Greenville, Simpsonville, and Greer. Offers therapy, crisis support, school-based services, and case management.

Spartanburg Area Mental Health Center

Provides outpatient services for children, adolescents, adults, and families from Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties, including:

  • Emergency services, diagnostics, and individualized treatment planning

  • Adult & children’s therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management

  • Peer support, school-based mental health, hospital & jail liaison programs

  • Crisis Response & Intervention, Intensive Community Treatment (ICT), and the Eubanks Peer Support Living Room

Three Rivers Behavioral Health (West Columbia)

Services Offered: Inpatient psychiatric care (adults 18+), outpatient therapy, medication management, trauma counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, substance use treatment, telemedicine options.

Serving: Midlands region, primarily West Columbia and surrounding counties
